You may have noticed a red “feedback” button appearing on a lot of highly-trafficked web sites lately. If you’ve clicked on any of them you’ve noticed they are powered by a company called UserVoice. Although UserVoice’s product seems simple – collecting feedback – it is actually a very complex product that can handle much of your online customer interaction.
