Create Your Own Q&A Site with QHub

Nothing dates a site more these days that having a traditional message-board forum. Finding the right answer on a forum is typically akin to finding a needle in a haystack. The problem is that having a place to ask questions and get answers is still vital. Some businesses are taking this model in the Twitter direction (such as Best Buy), which doesn’t scale well for most small businesses, who need their customers to help provide some of the answers.

QHub provides a place for businesses and individuals to create a question-and-answer forum about any topic they choose. From paper airplane clubs to large banks, QHub offers all businesses a modern feel for their forum needs. Users post a question, add a tag and wait for someone to answer it.  This answer could come from the crowd or from the site owner. Once the answer is complete, both the question and correct answer will be provided for future potential clients seeking information about your product, creating a basic FAQ for your site.

• You currently don’t offer your customers a place to ask questions and seek answers about your products.
• You have a limited web site budget and don’t mind if you take visitors to another site to discuss your business.
• You don’t mind turning over some of the Q&A control to your best customers.

You should not setup your own QHub if:

• Your business deals in sensitive areas and you do not want your clients conversing with each other.
• You have very strong brand-standards that limit your ability to use a separate portal with limited ability to change the look and feel.
